On a brisk and warm sunny day, my daughter and I went to one of her favorite restaurants. Thai Garden. After enjoying such a beautiful drive there, upon entering we met with the most gracious host. After being seated and introduced to our server Ms. Ket, both of us ordered the Crying Tiger because I kept hearing about it. Well.
Char-broiled
beef, which you can tell that it has been marinating with all of its spices and
on the side spicy lime dipping sauce which I forgot at first because it tasted
so Mary Poppins tip toeing through the tulips good. Oh my.
The meat was so tender and juicy and the rice and salad topped it
off. Absolutely wonderful. I sipped on jasmine tea and Teria had the
Thai iced tea. The jasmine tea had a
lightly delicate floral flavor, which was quite tasty.
Ok, ok, yes, I came back with the rest of the gang since this is also one of their favorite restaurants. Grandson Demetric, granddaughters Skye, Cherokee and great granddaughter Jet. So, sue me.
You know I ordered the Crying Tiger without a doubt, as well as Cherokee and Demetric. This time Teria had the Garlic lover and Skye, Yellow curry with chicken.
The Garlic lover was yummy, stir-fried dish with garlic sauce on a bed of cabbage and broccoli. Thai fried rice was also an extra good dish with onions, carrots, celery, zucchini and pineapple with a sweet and sour sauce.
Now can we speak on the yellow curry with chicken, carrots and potatoes seasoned with yellow curry, so smooth, creamy and so goody good good!
As the Terminator would say "I'll be back'.
