We finally got in.  We tried the day before around 4:00 pm but the wait was 1 ½ - 2 hours.  This time the wait was only 15 minutes. 

Once seated our waiter Ian came over and said “I’m make your dining experience enjoyable”.  Brilliant!  And it was.  I ordered the Margarita flatbread pizza.  My granddaughter Skye was the chicken avocado club sandwich on a grilled brioche bread but without the roasted almonds.    Her sandwich looked so good and it was good, I’m have to order one the next time.  Mines was very good, with the taste of mozzarella, basil and topped with tomato sauce on flatbread! I ate the entire pizza!  No shame to my game. 

So if you find yourself in the Irvine Spectrum Mall and decide to head over to the Cheesecake Factory, ask for Ian.
