Well, what’s for dinner. After a short discussion, we went to Taco Rosa for a communion of the palate. My daughter had the T rosa Combo, which she said was very good. My granddaughter had the bean and cheese burrito with esquites (corn salad), and I had the rosa chicken fajitas. All was very well seasoned, tasty and the original horchata (drink) was new to me. It’s a traditional Mexican drink that is made up of white rice soaked in water and flavored with cinnamon, vanilla extract, sugar or tiger nuts and sometimes milk or evaporated milk. It’s smooth and rich kind of tasting with a bit of sweetness.
Deillelmo was the most pleasant and efficient server. She has a very welcoming personality which made you feel comfortable right away.
I will be returning.
