I can't add to her character except to say she is a person of integrity, humor, friendly, educated on their menu, say this with an english accent "spot on", responsive, excellent customer service and the final touch down is that she knew whether we were ready to pay or not. Picture this. Everything is made from scratch, pizzas, pasta, bread, the meatballs! And every day, these chef's venture into new territories of creating a new and wonderfully flavored dish.
The spaghetti & meatballs are made with traditional tomato sauce, olive oil, basil and pecorino cheese, wow. You can tell that the pasta is very fresh and made from scratch, the sauce cooked and seasoned just right, smooth to the taste. So delicious.
This restaurant decor is so inviting, romantic, modern, classy and fresh. You can either sit inside or outside. Whoever created this environment was introducing you to what is to come. You can see into the kitchen and watch the chefs at work, stirring, mixing, dicing, chopping, blending, sauteing and kneading.
When I return there will be no playing around here. I don't want any appetizers, salad, just give me the food. Well. Maybe one or two.
The restaurant from front to back, east to west, north to south staff has hospitality personified. The restaurant ambience and great food made it a delight to just sit and enjoy and savor your food. It's modern and clean.
As North Italia says and I will repeat, go and sit back and savor every bit, sip, and moment. Relax. Stay a while, Enjoy. You'll be back.
