On Monday, March 21, around 2:00 pm (lunch
time), I walked in and was greeted by my server Ivona who was so welcoming and
cheerful. As time went by Adrenne’s got
crowded, she never let you feel as if you were bothering her if you wanted
something.
I ordered the half pan thin crust pizza made with crushed tomatoes, homemade fresh soft mozzella, made in a pizza oven, served on a platter that is placed in front of you, oozing with a blend seasoning, garlic, oregano and basil which made for a delightful smell that kinds of warms you before you take your first bite then your second and third bite. Yep. You just finished reading a run on sentence. Couldn’t help it. Had to get it out.
A bit of history
Adrenne’s Pizzabar ha been opened since 2004 and has both indoor and outdoor seating on a cobblestone street, located in the Financial District. They serve both round and old fashioned square pizza pies, salads, other Italian dishes as well as get this oven baked pasta!!
