After standing in line for a few minutes trying to figure out what I wanted, I finally narrowed it down to the warm bowls, but couldn’t make up my mind on what to order. So I ask the hostess what was the favorite and she stated the Chicken Tinga Warm Bowl which I ordered. My server was Christian V and while he was preparing my salad, he ask me did I want warm grains or cauliflower rice and I said, “surprise me”, and he did. Christian was quick and efficient as I noticed that all of the servers were. The customer service was great from ordering to paying.
The Chicken Tinga consisted of warm grains drizzled with Mexican Goddess and topped with braised chicken tinga, avocado, black beans, tortilla chips, scallions, cotija cheese, marinated kale. Can we say flavorful and yummy. Needless to say, this has become one of my many many “#1” places to go. Yes you read right, I have a lot of #1’s. Don’t you?
