Steak & Seafood Lunch Buffet in San Diego
Take a break from the gaming action and indulge in roasted New York strip steak, authentic Italian, Asian, Mexican and American specialties, plus made-from-scratch soups, fresh rolled sushi, homemade cakes, pies and much more.
The roast turkey was tender, well seasoned. You could taste the touch of grated nutmeg, cream and butter. The roasted carrots were tender and tasty. The cream spinach was easy on the palate and the mashed potatoes had a creamy texture with a buttery flavor. The ribs were slow cooked and not covered in sauce. You want to taste the meat and the seasonings that the chef or pit master has applied to the ribs. To me, sauces can sometimes hid the defects in the seasoning. I do not like ribs that are boiled first because it takes away a lot of the flavor.
The creme brulee custard was so smooth and the hardened caramelized sugar that as layer on top was so easy to crack and you can taste the vanilla. With the flan you can taste the eggs, sugar and the vanilla, so creamy and so good. The same with the vanilla ice cream. You taste the cinnamon and vanilla along with the raisins and apples, peeled, cored and sliced just right with the apple.Maine Lobster Dinner
